Scope
The following conditions are applicable to the marketing of all our products, canceling those previously agreed and considered accepted by the customer. All exceptions and/or amendments must be included in a document signed by Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda
Prices
Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda will invoice its products according to the prices in force. Whether established in a generic Price List offered to the public, or established specifically with a customer. Prices may change without prior notice.
Opening a Customer File on credit implies risk analysis and, consequently, assignment of a credit limit, which Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda can update whenever justified. It is at the discretion of Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda the immediate suspension of any supply as long as one of the following situations occurs:
Non-payment of invoices within agreed deadlines
bounced checks
Full use of the credit limit granted
Facts that allow the conclusion of a sudden increase in credit risk.
Suspension of deliveries in no way affects the right to debit interest at the applicable legal rate. In case of doubt regarding good collection, Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda may require other forms of payment guarantee.
Orders
Product orders can be placed via e-mail or through our Commercial Technicians, giving natural preference to written means. In the event that an order is not fully satisfied, the missing part does not require a new order, and will be automatically sent as soon as available.
Delivery times
Orders will be fulfilled within a maximum period of 10 days, except in cases of force majeure related to exogenous factors or abnormal market situations. All products with very special characteristics will be subject to terms and conditions expressly accepted by the parties.
Transport
Deliveries will be at the risk and expense of Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda, in mainland Portugal. Products must be checked upon delivery. Any anomaly that occurs must be mentioned on the carrier’s bill and legibly signed by the customer. Other situations will have to be agreed in advance.
Claims
Only complaints regarding a possible manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order form will be considered. Any claim will only be processed when made in writing and within a maximum period of 10 days after delivery. When there is consent from Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda to a certain claim, the product in question will be returned, accompanied by the respective return note with identification of the product, the quantity and the number of the tax document that gave rise to the supply . If this event is physically impossible, Eco Pine – Unipessoal, Lda will proceed with the accounting rectification resulting from the acceptance of the claim.
This table is valid from January 2023.
VAT is added to the net sales value at the legal rate in force.
